FAQ’s
Q: Are there team discounts?
A: No team discounts offered.
Q: What is the maximum number of team participants?
A: You can have as many team members as you like; however, only the top 3 team finishers are scored.
Q: How are teams scored?
A: Riders receive a point value based on their finish place (e.g 4 points for fourth place). The team with the lowest score wins. Teams must have at least 3 riders cross the finish line and the team’s score is the total of their top 3 finishers point values.
Q: Can I do a team relay?
A: No, all riders must ride the full course; however, team members may drop out of the race but at least three riders must cross the finish line to be prize eligible.
Q: Are there age group categories?
A: No. There are no separate categories. All GRVL® Femmes Teams compete against each other.
Q: Can Pro women compete?
A: Only if they are registered in the amateur category for the team competition. Riders are only eligible for prizes in one category.
Q: If I place as a GRVL Femmes rider and I win my age group, will I get prizes for both?
A: No. You will be removed from the age group results and your result only counts towards GRVL® Femmes.
Q: Where do I put my team name? Does everyone on the team need to put the team name in when they register?"
A: There will be a required question during registration and you will enter your team name in the text box. There is also a "Team Name" field within the registration information and you can put it there if you wish (not required). Team names can be edited after you have registered.
Q: Do we all have to register at the same time?
A: No, you can register and pay for your entry separately, just be sure to add your team name when you answer the required question.
